We are pleased to announce that the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of the University of Maribor, in cooperation with SRIP – Circular Economy, managed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Štajerska, will once again organize an international scientific research, professional and development conference Technologies and Business Models for Circular Economy – TBMCE 2024, which will take place from 4 to 6 September at the Grand Hotel Bernardin.

About the Conference

  • About 150 participants, many speakers
    For the seventh consecutive year TBMCE will bring together representatives from business, research and educational institutions, trade associations, governmental and non-governmental organizations. At this year’s conference you will have the opportunity to listen to distinguished Slovenian and foreign speakers, meet creative companies and key decision makers.
  • Relevant topics from science and development
    The topics of TBMCE will address the current challenges of technological development and the responsibility of society on its transition from fossils to renewables, from linear to circular. We will discuss trends, exchange ideas, share best practices and the latest insights on specific technologies, business models and successful projects that are already making a difference in the field.

    TBMCE is a great opportunity to meet SRIP – Circular Economy members and bring together businesspeople, researchers, innovators, developers and decision makers. We will build new collaborations and connections for breakthrough projects of the future.

We are preparing a content-rich program that includes plenary lectures, a roundtable and expert panel discussions with established speakers, and presentations of scientific achievements. We invite you to participate and prepare a contribution related to the conference topics.
